✅Squat 55kg 3 sets x 8 reps
✅Barbell chest press 25kg 2 sets x 6 reps / 27.5kg 2 sets x 6 reps
✅RDL 65kg 4 sets x 6 reps

昨天超沒力,
一定是因為前一天上吐下瀉都沒吃東西(找藉口),
而且好久沒有蹲8下,
才蹲三組就不想蹲了😫
